Beauty Blender Dupe...

Damp (left-hand side) and Dry (right-hand side)
A dupe for the beauty that I found on eBay. I wasn't gonna pay £20 something for a sponge that I might not like afterwards; so I went for the alternative and bought the cheap dupe online, and might I say I am impressed. If the beauty blender is just like this or better I think I just might have to buy it.
Although before I try the beauty blender, I think I'm gonna try cosmopolitan's beauty blender first as I've heard very good reviews on that.

Anyway back to this sponge; for it to truly make your foundation look perfectly flawless it's best to have this sponge damp, With the sponge damp it sheers out your foundation and makes it easier to blend and just melt into your skin. When using this sponge it's easier to build-up coverage, it doesn't look cakey or packed on your skin just looks so flawless.
On your face the base of the sponge is best to use as it’s larger and covers more area quicker, but for under the eye using the tip is easier as it fits there snugly and it isn't too harsh on the under eye area.

Using this just makes it soo much more easier to apply my foundation, it takes less effort, you get the results you want and everyone's happy :D

This make-up tool is a god send for me, I've always wanted to have the flawless, non-cakey look all the time and with this I now can.

So... personally, I LOVE THIS. I don't think I'll ever feel the need to purchase the real beauty blender when this is doing an AWESOME job for me :D
I'm impressed and pleased with this.

When I ordered this I was given the delivery date of 2 weeks but  I received it within 10 days. So I'll post the link in case you want to try it out.

If you've tried a knock-off and the real beauty blender comment below, would like to know which one you prefer and if the beauty blender is really worth the money.

Until next time....

Avon BB cream ... Oil slick on my face

Every make-up brand now has introduced a BB cream, so they are easily accessible.
Avon also introduced 2 different types of BB creams, one in their make-up range and one in their skincare line.

I am an Avon representative so we hear about and get to try new products first. This particular product will be introduced into Avon's skincare range in a couple of weeks.

It comes in 2 shades "Light" and "Medium" there's not much of a shade selection so that's also a negative about this product. I purchased it in medium although it was still a bit dark for me, I did manage to blend it down my neck and look somewhat even. The best way to apply this is with your fingers, it makes it look as natural as possible and blends it in really well as well. With a brush or a beauty blender it looks streaky so i would recommend using your fingers to apply this.

For the first few hours this looked ok on my skin, I did powder it though I'm just not a fan of dewy skin.; anyway, it ended up making me look so oily and greasy. This BB cream is best suited for Normal-Dry skin. It has a slight shimmer to it that can make someone like me with Combination skin look oily and greasy. The shimmer causes it to look dewy and glowy so for someone with oily skin this is only going to emphasise the look of pores and imperfections.

It's not all negatives concerning this product, one thing in particular that I really liked about this product is that it's lightweight but then it has the coverage of a medium coverage foundation. So this makes it easier to achieve the look and feel that you want.

Personally, I wouldn't really recommend this for people with Combination skin, I don't think it'll go well with your skin because of the shimmer and it being so dewy.

This is the first BB cream that I've tried, so I'm not sure if they're all like this or its just this one, maybe you could comment down below of your favourite BB cream or some that you've tried.

Until next time....
